Return Policy
Custom printing, handled fairly.
Because every order is printed to your own artwork, custom cup carriers cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns for change-of-mind.
What we do guarantee is the mockup. Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing, and revisions before approval are unlimited and free.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the mockup you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint the affected quantity at no cost or refund it — your choice.
